Password Creation & Recovery

Watch this video tutorial to learn how to set or reset your password.

You can also set or reset your password here or by completing the following steps:

  1. Under the “Login” tab, select “Data Entry”.
  2. Use the “Forgot/Create Password” option.
  3. Wait for the password recovery email with link.
  4. Follow the provided password recovery link to a password recovery screen.
  5. Provide your email and a new password.
  6. Login to the survey tool using your email and the new password.
